Corrections. If something here is wrong, tell us. We'll fix it and log what changed on the corrections page, with the old figure next to the new one. This is the most useful email you can send us.

Questions about your own place. Happy to look at them, though the calculator will usually get there faster and we'll mostly be repeating it back to you.

If you have a system running. Send us your kit, orientation, tilt, and monthly kilowatt-hours. We're building a picture of real California installations, and a few dozen of them would be worth more than any amount of modelling.

If you're a landlord, board member or property manager. We'd like to know what you're planning to do about these requests, and we'll keep it anonymous if you'd rather. We're tracking this.

Manufacturers. We catalog kits from published specifications rather than testing them, so we're not looking for review units. What is useful: corrected specifications, certification documents, and California availability. Send those and they'll go on the page with the date we received them.

What we can't do. Tell you whether your specific circuit is safe — that's an electrician. Tell you whether your HOA will win an argument — that's an attorney. We're a website.
